OUR STORY
Building the platform we had always wanted as corporate leaders
Two decades after graduating from INSEAD, Bernard and Mito founded Elendi to help individuals unlock their full potential. Having seen too many talented people struggle due to unresolved challenges, they set out to create the platform they wished they had as leaders. In addition, they aimed to leverage AI and technology to maximize impact.
With Victor joining as co-founder, his expertise in tech-driven solutions strengthened their vision. Together, they and their teams are committed to empowering individuals, transforming organizations, and reshaping the way we grow and work.
